Crunchy Taco Cups
Taco shells are out, taco cups are in! Crush your taco-loving cravings with a few of these filling bad boys!
- six wonton wrappers
- 150 chicken, shredded
- one cup crushed tomatoes
- one tsp paprika
- one tsp cumin
- one tsp oregano
- one tsp cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray half of a standard size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine shredded chicken, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt pepper and tomatoes in a bowl and stir to combine. Line each cup of prepared muffin tin with a wonton wrapper. Add 1.5 tablespoons taco mixture.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until cups are heated through and edges are golden.
- Top with your toppings of choice (greek yogurt, chillies, fresh tomato, salsa, cilantro).
