COOKING TIP: Sausages can be baked or pan-fried but when we hear the word sausages, we think of a backyard grill. To perfectly grill a sausage, defrost it overnight and preheat your BBQ on high. Once the grill is hot, lower the heat to medium, throw the links over the flame and cook until they have grill marks, then move them over an unlit burner to finish cooking with indirect heat. This will result in sausages that are perfectly cooked inside that stay juicy because they won’t split or char on the outside. Once the internal temp hits 165℉, place them in a bun and enjoy.
