When some people think of garlic and fennel sausages, they likely think of the popular Italian-style sausage. Sure, typical Italian sausages have fennel and garlic but these sausages from Wally’s Wurst are far from typical. They’re flavorful, juicy, and fresh-tasting but we should’ve said they’re delicious, delicious, and delicious - because that’s how we really feel about them. Made right here in Illinois, these craft-made sausages have only four ingredients: ground pork butt, toasted fennel seed, garlic, and natural casing. They have no MSG, and are gluten-free and lactose-free. 


COOKING TIP: Lots of people cook their sausage on the grill, put it in a bun, and dress it with their favorite topping combinations. Sure, that works for these sausages too but they can also hold their own in meals beyond the simple sausage in a bun. Push them further in dishes like sausage and pepper pasta, on a salad, in a deluxe mac and cheese, or on a charcuterie board with multiple dipping sauces. Trust us, these are some of the best sausages we have ever had.
