These are the same marrow bones you see on menus at high-end restaurants - no need for a reservation because you can now make them at home! COOKING TIP: Place the marrow bones cut side up on a foil lined baking sheet and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Cook them for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 425°F. Enjoy the marrow by spreading it on garlic toast, fresh bread, or crackers. You could even add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon to the bones before serving. Delicious and healthy, now that’s a great combo!
