Yes, you heard that right – sea scallops are on the menu! We’re so excited to introduce wild-caught sea scallops from our friends at Supreme Lobster and Seafood. This tender, flavorful shellfish is perfect over pasta, or served on it’s own!

COOKING TIP: This versatile option is quick and easy – it can be pan-seared in butter or oil on high heat for approx. 2-3 minutes per side, or thrown straight on the

grill. Try wrapping your scallops in bacon for an extra savory treat!
