COOKING TIP: Already bursting with flavor, these bell pepper and parmesan chicken sausages just need to be grilled or baked until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Skip the bun and ketchup for these sausages and opt for a veggie skillet with zucchini and baby potatoes.
