This bacon comes from our friends at Western Garden Farms Pork, who raise their pigs in the Midwest on all-vegetarian feed and never administered antibiotics or growth hormones.

COOKING TIP: Bacon goes well with everything. From eggs, to burgers, to even ice cream (yep, try it!). Our perfect day goes something like this: bacon and eggs for breakfast, a club sandwich for lunch, and bacon-wrapped scallops for dinner. Pro tip: You can keep the rendered bacon fat and use it when you need to add oil to a recipe. Try it while cooking vegetables or fried rice or anything that needs oil and could use a flavor kick!
